No Exchange Rate Surcharges As you may know, many costs are increasing at a rapid rate. UPS & Fed Ex shipping costs go up early every year like clockwork.
Both companies are again in the process of raising their rates. They now differentiate between residential & commercial deliveries and of course charge more for residential deliveries. They add fuel surcharges,
which change monthly. COD's that used to cost $4.50, now cost $7.50 (a 67% increase). A package that used to cost about $40.00 to ship to the East Coast, now costs well over $50.00 (+30%) to ship to the same address,
more if it's a residence. Packages shipped to remote areas cost more than packages sent to urban areas. In addition, the Euro/US Dollar exchange rate has made European imports significantly
more expensive. These are only a few of the costs that have increased and up until now, we have absorbed many of these costs. It is therefore necessary for us to adjust our prices to reflect these new costs. All items that were subject to an exchange rate surcharge will have the surcharge removed and have the prices adjusted. Some prices will be higher, some will be lower. New prices will be listed on our web site. In addition, items that were shipped free-of-charge (Kugler, Q-Colors, & Wiesenthal) will now be subject to freight charges. Our new prices will still be LOWER than any available! We will still guarantee that you will get the best prices from us on any K, Q, or W color and we will still beat any advertised price for these items.* In addition, we are still the only ones offering the option of UPGRADING your package to a 1-3 day delivery anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $10.00/box in addition to the ground rate. This is up to 50% savings off the regular rate.

grind any colors to make frit or powder, so when purchasing these items from us, there is no possibility of contamination because we forget to clean the crusher properly. All of our colors are ground at the factory and have factory guarantees against contamination.
If you order Kugler 41 in a size 1 frit, we guarantee that we will ship you Kugler 41 in a size 1 frit. We will NOT
try to ship you Q-41-1, bill you for K-41-1 and hope you don't notice the difference. You always get what you order. We will NEVER switch an item and hope you won't notice. If you order 1 kg of a Q-41-1 frit,
we will send you 1.00 of that color (actually we send you a little more), and bill you for 1.00kg. We will NOT bill you for 1.02 kg of an item and only send you 1.00 kg. We will NOT
charge you the price of the plastic bag at the kilo price of color! If you order 12 kg of a color, we will try to send you as close to 12.00 kg as possible. We will NOT
try to send you 14.25kg, hope you won't notice and increase our bottom line. If an item happens to be backordered, we will always call you BEFORE we ship and let you know the item is in and give you an opportunity
to add to the order at no extra cost. You will NOT receive mysterious, unannounced boxes from us. If you need an order delivered quickly, we can have your order in your hands as soon as 10:00 am the next day
