This new collection of 22 different mini graphite shaping tools comes in a large variety
of shapes to perform all kinds of glass manipulations. Some tools are simple in their design while others have more complicated surfaces. The handles are 5/16" diameter, 5" long aluminum and are light enough
to allow you feel the tool working the glass. Below is a description of the graphite of each tool. The thickness of all shapes is ¼" unless otherwise stated. All sizes are approximate. |

Cane and Mosaic Cutters |
|
The CANECTR1 is made for cutting small diameter cane and sheet glass for mosaics. Has
carbide wheels which can be rotated for even wear. Also comes with a glass-catching bag which, when attached catches most all small cut off pieces of glass, keeping your work area cleaner. Can also be used
to catch murrini pieces when cutting cane. Bag can be attached on either the left or right side for left or right handed use. Replacement wheels and springs available below. The CANECTR2 is an entry level
version of the #1. Comes without glass-catch bag. When cutting cane on the 1 and 2, the cane is inserted on the INSIDE of the spring side. The CANECTR3 is the professional version of the 1 & 2. Comes
with the glass-catch bag and can be used in either the left or right hand. Handle made of lightweight, long-lasting aluminum. Has adjustable carbide cutting wheels. For small diameter cane or sheet glass
only (6mm or less). The CANECTR4 is an inexpensive import cutter for cane or sheet glass. Will cut up to 9mm glass. |
