Confetti are paper-thin shards of blown glass. The color saturation and opalescence of
these glasses is much greater than that of sheet glass, but due to their extreme thinness they appear very light with an almost paper or film-like quality. Confetti is currently available in 12 colors and
sold by the pound. Confetti are never labelled as Tested Compatible because, while they are tested for compatibility at the factory, they are not subjected to standards as tight as those for sheet glass and
frits. Confetti are made to be used in thin sections and should not be heavily layered without additional testing. Confetti is available in 1 pound containers and in 4 oz jars. |
